Headless, Fanned Fret, 8 String Electric Guitar

Started on this project in November 2023, and finally finished it this summer. Majority of the work was done in the AU Makerspace with smaller things such as sanding, staining and finishing, and wiring was done at home over the summer. 

Materials and Specs:
Body: Swamp ash finished with a light cherry stain, tru oil, and wipe on poly
Neck: Maple finished with tru oil
Fretboard: Indian Rosewood
Bridge and Headpiece: Nova Guitar Parts
Pickups: Mark Holcomb Alpha and Omega 8 string set (Modified to be multiscale with custom brass backing plates)

For the guitar nerds, scale length is 26.5"-28"
